Map ref 4 – Bin at the bottom of Home Close – The only bin found, was the dog bin which is set into the conifer hedge, is this the correct location?
Correct by the dog bin

Map ref 7 - Grassed area opposite school beside 43 Bower Hall Drive – Could you confirm if shrub bed maintenance is required for the bed located in the centre of the grass area?
shrubs are maintained by volunteers

Map ref 10 – Humphrey’s meadow – There are twoNo.10 references on the Map, just to confirm the one to the RHS is a typo?
Both RHS & LHS should be included

Map ref 13 - By path between Pottery and Church Yard – Mixed species hedge might require an initial reduction to open up access along footpath, would this be at contractors own cost should it not be cut back prior to contract start?
The hedge needs to me maintained to allow access along the path as appropriate

Map ref 22 – Cemetery – Photos attached of cemetery, are these areas left as part of the contract or will an initial visit be required to bring them up to specification?
We completed a project to bring cemetery back to a reasonable condition this year and require that it is maintained at this level

Map for the SBPC footpaths has some annotated in Blue and then some in dotted green and dotted orange, are we to just price for the blue annotated paths or all?
The footpaths in blue should be included all others are not necessary apart from as an extra to the contract, if instructed by Parish Clerk
